Eanes Independent School District ("EISD" or "District") invites your firm to submit a written proposalresponse for FMS Disaster Restoration & Cleaning Services to the District. EISD is seeking a firm that hasboth experience and expertise in all aspects of the Disaster Restoration & Cleaning industry.It is the intent of this Request for Proposal to establish the terms, conditions and prices for a DisasterRestoration & Cleaning Contractor on a time and material basis. The jobs may include, but are not limited to-Fire, smoke and water damage recovery-Moisture Control-Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Decontamination and Cleaning-Microbial Remediation-Commercial Cleaning of HVAC Units and Ductwork, Drapes, Post Construction Cleanup, and-Bio-hazard incidentsProjects will be typically limited in size and scope of work required. Individual projects will be initiated by theEanes ISD Maintenance Department. Total contract cost will be based on actual costs for each project No additional specifications were given.
