Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Design Build Firm will organize the project in two phases to accomplish the work required: A. Phase I: Design Phase: 1. Identify and determine project objectives 2. Report on project requirements and objectives to Owner for approval 3. Develop scheduling for accomplishing the work 4. Preliminary design to Owner for approval 5. Detailed design to Owner for approval B. Phase II: Construction Phase scope of work shall include but be not limited to: General conditions, asbestos testing and abatement, demolition, carpentry (as applies to roofing and waterproofing systems details), roof system replacement (including flashings, fittings, blocking, roof decking repair, roofing insulation, copings and equipment and device attachments affecting roofing system), building and site protection, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and electrical fixtures and devices to the extent fixtures systems impact roofing replacement, record documents and warranties.
