Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), Construction Management Department (CMD) is seeking expressions of interest and statements of qualifications from Professional Architectural/Engineering Firms for the following types or similar types of commercial projects for TWC buildings statewide. The contract, resulting from this RFQ, will require the Architectural/Engineering firm to develop the scope of the individual projects, provide technical advice and estimate costs, prepare construction drawings, specifications, bid documents, attend pre-bid and pre-construction conferences and progress inspections. The contract will also require the firm to perform project management, coordinate and inspect the work, be responsible for compliance with all applicable federal regulations, state statutes and laws and city and county codes. The Architect/Engineer will also perform budgeting/payment activities and the oversight of all records, reports and permits.
