Scope of work include a gut and build back from office space to provision of clinic space. New suite includes 8 Ultrasound treatment rooms, clean supply room and soiled store, staff , tech working and nursing area, holding area, reading room, prep room, dressing and restroom. Adds nurse call, med gas, doors and frames, reuses light fixtures , data and power outlets, HVAC, fire protection as needed, or provide additional new. Provision of new finishes (floor, walls and ceiling) . Provision of new restrooms, millwork with sinks (plumbing scopes), add handrail and crash rail, include new reception desk at the front entry.
