Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCOPE AND BUDGET: This project includes replacement of existing air conditioning equipment, inclusive of indoor fan coil units, outdoor air cooled condensing units, refrigerant piping, associated electrical scope and all applicable trades, as well as all wall, ceiling and similar. repairs necessary for MEP scope completion. Construction will be in two phases as the residence hall will be in partial operation during each construction phase. Phase 1 Construction will take the North residence hall out of commission and allow construction to proceed on that part of the building. The target date for reopening North hall is Spring semester 2012. The Northwing must be open prior to the beginning of Phase 2, South Wing construction. The target datefor reopening of the South Wing is Fall semester 2012. The anticipated construction costlimitation for the entire project is $4,100,000.
