Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting proposals to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment and supervision to: Renovate the existing Mens restroom, Womens restroom, Janitors closet, telecom closet and the corridor in three phases to provide a complete and finished ADA/TAS compliant product, including but not limited to: o Selective demolition primary demolition will be by others o Layout, mobilizations, demobilization, cleanup and scheduling o All carpentry, framing, insulation, drywall systems, access panels and any other structural modifications as required o All ceiling grid, tile and light fixtures as required o All cabinetry and trim as required o All drywall finishing, caulking (including fire caulking) and painting as required o All ceramic tile , grout and grout bonding as required o All toilet partitions, hardware and specialized devices as required o All plumbing pipe, fixtures and accessories as required o All electrical pipe, fittings, wire, components and fixtures as required o All HVAC system extensions, modifications and components as required o All toilet accessories, mirrors, trash cans, towel dispensers, etc as required
