Specifications include, but are not limited to: Belton ISD is seeking a vendor that will replace filters and inspect A/C and Heating equipment per the schedule and specificationslisted below. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the best value for the District. The District s evaluation teamwill be the sole judge in determining best value. The specifications listed below in sections 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 to be conducted routinely basis each time the filters are replaced. Thespecifications in section 3.4 will be conducted annually.3.1 WORK TO BE PERFORMED ON HEATING EQUIPMENT ACCORDING TO THE ABOVE SCHEDULE3.1.1 ELECTRIC3.1.1.1 Inspect and adjust belts on belt driven parts.3.1.1.2 Inspect wiring connections and contactors.3.1.1.3 Lubricate all bearings and motors unless they are the permanently sealed type.3.1.1.4 Inspect sequence of relays and controllers.3.1.1.5 Sign off for service on card inside unit.3.1.2 GAS3.1.2.1 Inspect and adjust belts on belt driven parts.3.1.2.2 Inspect wiring connections and contactors.3.1.2.3 Lubricate all bearings and motors unless they are the permanently sealed type.3.1.2.4 Inspect pilot safeties and high limit controls.3.1.2.5 Clean all burners and pilot.3.1.2.6 Inspect for gas leaks.3.1.2.7 Inspect combustion and ventilation.3.1.2.8 Inspect and adjust both primary and secondary air controls for pilot and the main burners.3.1.2.9 Inspect heat exchangers for any leaks.3.1.2.10 Sign off for service on card inside unit.
