Specifications include, but are not limited to: All sign fabrication, packaging, labeling, handling, and shipping shall follow the latest version of the NDDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. All materials furnished and used for this project shall be new and shall meet the City of Fargo Details. The traffic control sign details not otherwise specified shall meet the current edition of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, published by the FHWA. All sign faces shall be according to the detail drawings and the alphabets shown in the MUTCD, Standard Highway Signs, and Standard Alphabets, published by FHWA. Signs shall be a flat sheet aluminum alloy meeting ASTM B 209 Alloy 6061 T6, or 5052-H38 with mill finish. Both mounting holes on the sign shall be 3/8” in diameter to fit a 3/8” bolt. 5000 nylon washers shall be provided with the sign order, price for washers shall be incidental to the sign order. Nylon washers shall be 3/8” x 7/8” x 1/16”
