Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing office cleaning to the Workforce Safety & Insurance Fargo office located at 4165 S 30th Ave, Fargo ND. Facility Management, a division of WSI, is soliciting proposals for commercial office cleaning services in our Fargo office. The Department wants assistance to provide daily custodial services. The cleaning service contractor will perform general office cleaning services to maintain 6,586 square feet in a neat, clean, and professional appearance. Services to be performed outside WSI business hours, five days a week excluding official state holidays. WSI will provide paper towels and all trash bags needed. The cleaning contractor will provide all other cleaning equipment and supplies.
