Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal is to improve community supervision while reducing the number of pretrial detentioners under the Department of Correction’s supervision. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain a Provider that can function under the umbrella of DOC and offer pretrial case-management of defendants deemed appropriate for pretrial case management in New Castle County, DE. The Provider shall implement pretrial case management in such a manner that their clients would comply with court orders at least 85% of the time with a monthly breach rate less than 10%. Additionally, the Provider shall provide resource referrals to augment defendant’s capacity to function daily and not breach court orders.
