Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all management, labor insurance, facilities and equipment necessary for performance and completion of this contract in the manner indicated herein and to the satisfaction of the City of Dover. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all licenses, fees, insurance and equipment to meet all State and local laws, regulations or other requirements to fulfill the intent of the contract. The Contractor shall have adequate management facilities and have all collection and hauling equipment in place by the beginning of this contract and sufficient staffing levels to serve the City of Dover. All recycling materials collected shall be disposed of in accordance with the applicable regulations of the State of Delaware and local entities having jurisdiction.
