Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Delaware provides certain facilities for the use and benefit of the public in areas under the administration of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Parks and Recreation (the “Division”) and desires to provide a Public Recreational Equestrian Program at Bellevue State Park for the convenience, benefit and recreational use and enjoyment by the general public. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain sealed proposals from a Vendor capable of satisfying the Division requirements for a Public Recreational Equestrian Program at Bellevue State Park. It is the goal of this Request for Proposal to identify a Vendor who (i) meets park requirements and the business and legal criteria set forth herein; (ii) is capable of executing a Contract within the timeline provided; and (iii) can deliver the Public Recreational Equestrian Program within the Park as stated in Vendor’s submitted proposal.
