Sample: A sample of the previous product is available for viewing at North Dakota Procurement office, 14th floor, Capitol Tower, Bismarck, ND 58505. 3. Proof: Color laser proof, indicating perforations, to purchasing agency, prior to printing. 4. Order quantity: These will be ordered in lots of 75,000 per order. Estimated annual usage is 225,000-300,000. 5. Finished Size: 8 ½” x 11” 6. Paper Stock: 24# white, Defensa® Design™ bond security paper-no substitutions. 7. Security Features of paper (minimum requirements): a. True fourdrinier watermark b. Large, visible fibers c. Toner adhesion coating d. Color reactivity by use of bleach, oxidizers, solvents, and acid or alkali materials. 8. Ink: Print black & one PMS color, 2/0, no bleeds. There is no MICR printing involved. 9. Finishing: Trim to size, 2 micro-perforations running the 8.5” dimension—currently located 3.6875” and 7.3125” from top. 10. Packaging: Shrink wrap in packages of 500 sheets, pack into uniformly-sized cartons, label “ND WIC Check stock” and indicate quantity per carton. Pack cartons onto pallets. Pallets must be no larger than 36” wide X 48” long. 11. Delivery: Note, this is an inside delivery, loading dock is available.
