This space will require the demo and removal including but not limited to : Walls, Some flooring the will not be done in the abatement process, Cold room, Hvac, Rest Rooms, Doors / Frames, Electrical disconnects / Bus duct, Fire alarm . Exclusions from bid: Asbestos abatement, cabinets and countertops, and related plumbing back to the chase, All ceilings, All lights, Temporary lighting, partial flooring to be abated. The space will require new construction of walls, ceilings, MEP systems, flooring, millwork, painting, testing, commissioning, new accessories, fire alarm, controls, modification of fire sprinkler system, electrical, plumbing, doors/frames, hardware, cold room, fume hoods, drinking fountain, concrete infill, telecom support (raceways/ telecom closet), ADA plumbing modifications, as shown on the drawings.
