Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall be responsible for the moving and shifting of the stacks according to the phasing of the project, and the repositioning of the stacks according to the floor plan provided by USD. The Contractor shall also be responsible for moving and returning the book collections on the shelves in Room 304, as well as moving the map cases and map cabinets from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor. The Contractor shall be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and miscellaneous items as required for a complete installation. The Contractor confirms that they have inspected the site where the work is to be performed. The Contractor’s scope of work does not include the moving of the existing furniture. Moving of the existing furniture will occur by owner’s own personnel and will occur in conjunction with moving of the library stacks per the phasing plan.
