Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Missouri City Parks and Recreation Department intends to utilize the information gathered by the successful firm as the basis of an asset management plan. The successful firm will conduct detailed inspections and evaluations of each park facility component and system and evaluate the condition, remaining useful life, predictive, routine, and preventative maintenance needs, and estimated replacement costs, for each facility and their related components. (HVAC systems are excluded from this scope of work) All MEP, concrete and/or metal structural components do not require MEP testing or extensive reviews, a visual inspection and recommendation will be sufficient. This evaluation and assessment is intended to identify and prioritize the immediate, next several years and long range capital needs as well as the appropriate predictive, routine and preventive maintenance methods and their associated costs.
