Specifications include, but are not limited to: one or more qualified vendors to provide office cleaning and interior bus cleaning for the following facilities and vehicles: 1. Metro Transit Center (450 Kittson Ave, Grand Forks, ND 58201) The MTC is CAT’s main transfer hub for fixed route bus operations. It consists of an indoor waiting area, vending machines, restrooms, and an office area for selling bus passes and assisting customers. The hours of operation are 6:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday-Friday and 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Saturday. Cleaning shall be performed during regular business hours. The detailed cleaning service checklist for this facility is included in Appendix B. 2. City Bus Garage (867 S 48th St, Grand Forks, ND 58201) The Bus Garage houses CAT’s main offices, dispatch center, and vehicle maintenance shop. It consists of three offices, a dispatch center, break room, restrooms and storage room. Regular hours of operation are 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Friday and 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday. Cleaning shall be performed during regular business hours. The detailed cleaning service checklist for this facility is included in Appendix B. 3. Eleven fixed route buses (located at the City Bus Garage) CAT’s fixed route fleet includes five 35 ft. buses, two 30 ft. buses, and four 25 ft. buses. The bus exteriors are washed by CAT each day. The majority of buses are in service 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Friday and 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday. Interior cleaning of buses shall be performed between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
