Specifications include, but are not limited to: Printing of 2017 ND Tourism Summer newspaper insert. 1. Artwork: Electronic files (printer-ready) artwork will be provided to printer by agreed date/time frame. Printer should advise when files need to be received. 2. Proofs: High resolution, contract, color proofs of all pages. Allow for shipping and approval of proofs in timeline. 3. Page Size: 10” wide x 11” high. 4. Number of Pages: 8, self-cover (2 sheets@ 20”x11” flat, folded to 10”x11” page size, then final folded to 10”x 5 ½”). The insert folds as two nested 4 pagers. The head is not closed and the 2- 4 pagers are to be loose. Alternate bids, with this project as stitched or glued will NOT be accepted. 5. Paper Stock: 60# White, gloss text, #3 or better, virgin fiber. 6. Printing: 4/4, 4-color process two sides, with full bleeds. 7. Finishing: a. Fold to create 8 pages, no stitch. b. Trim and final fold to 10” x 5 ½”. 8. Packaging: Skid pack, see Attachment A-Summer for quantity breakdowns and shipments.
