Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is Navarro Independent School District’s intent to enter into a comprehensive Yearly Agreement for Maintenance and Quarterly Services to perform all maintenance procedures and inspections at the recommended intervals to prolong the life of the chiller and minimize the possibility of costly failures. The selected firm will furnish all labor, materials, tools and resources necessary to implement a maintenance program for the HVAC equipment located at the Navarro High School (only) as outlined in this request for proposal. The selected firm will use an “Operator’s Log” to record the operating history for the unit and be kept as a valuable diagnostic tool for service personnel. The selected firm must be a fully licensed Class A contractor capable of doing business in Texas.
