Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Services: a. Project i. Design, implement and sustain cellular frequencies for carriers to include, but not limited to, Verizon, AT&T and Sprint within the FCC regulations ii. Removal and/or repurpose of the existing system within the Section 1. Removal and/or repurpose of existing equipment 2. Removal and/or repurpose of existing wiring b. Design i. Engineer a system to obtain a consistent decibel-millwatt (dBm) of -60 to - 70dBm signal or better ii. 3G/4G LTE coverage throughout iii. Coverage throughout ~25,000 to ~30,000 square feet Section to include hallways, offices and conference rooms iv. System designed must be expandable v. System designed must eliminate dead spots or zones throughout square footage
