Specifications include, but are not limited to: The basic program design, performance measurements, qualifications and experience, work plan, and pricing and cost data as expected for the Delaware Drug Court Project Coordinator under the Delaware Drug Court Expansion Grant (DDCE). This grant is funded through 100% Federal Grant Funds as awarded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA). The State of Delaware, Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (The Department) administers these funds. The program is designed to expand current Drug Diversion Court services to include a full array of Drug Treatment Court Services. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project.
