Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing full, turnkey services inclusive of necessary equipment and labor to renovate part of the City’s Fire Station Administrative Complex Upper Warehouse into office space located at 101 E. Sonny Drive, Leander, TX 78641. 2.1. Add new interior walls and doors; 2.2. Renovate existing bathroom to be ADA compliant; 2.3. Add additional electrical outlet and switches; 2.4. Paint new walls, existing walls and ceilings in specified rooms; 2.5. Add IT room with new AC wall unit 2.6. Install owner furnished equipment in utility room 106 2.7. Utilize HVAC subcontractor or MEP to inspect, design and retro fit or install expanded HVAC system as needed; 2.7.1. Retro fit or expansion of HVAC plan shall be submitted to City for review and approval
