Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consist of a “gut” renovation of an existing 40,000 SF Main office building and 20,000 SF North Annex office building. Both building are classified III-B construction Type and occupancy type B. Main building occupancy load is 497 persons. 2. Renovation will include new roofing, windows & curtain wall, interior, HVAC-Geothermal, plumbing and plumbing system of the Main building. Covered walkway that connects main building to North annex building will be demolished. Façade of North Annex will be restored with savaged façade panels of Main Building and new electrical power will be delivered from Main building to North Annex. New HVAC system includes the geothermal field and new HVAC outdoor area. Site work is limited to new parking re-stripping, new sidewalks and ADA ramps to access the Main building.
