Specifications include, but are not limited to: General: o Spray foam the roof deck and rafter area with foam insulation and the inside of the exterior walls with foam insulation. Foam Insulation to be Icynen closed cell or equal. o Clean all existing metal HVAC ducting; re-insulate, tape, and re-hang the metal ducting. o Install new rectangular registers in the ceiling at all AC drop points. Office: o Install, tape, bed, and finish out to a slick surface (no texture), 5/8” sheetrock on ceiling. o Install, tape, bed, and finish out to a slick surface (no texture), 1/2” sheetrock on walls. o Install fiberglass insulation in the interior walls for sound proofing. TPWD park staff will provide the fiberglass insulation. o Finish the concrete floor to match the existing public area floor.
