Specifications include, but are not limited to: Obtaining a venue for the Delaware Wetlands Conference. This contract will be issued to a venue that can support 400 participants from the Mid-Atlantic area over 2 days in February of 2018. The conference will coordinate information and resource sharing between wetland protection programs, professionals, and agencies and will require a ballroom with seating for 400 people for a general session and lunch. Rooms will also be needed for exhibitors, poster sessions, and 3 concurrent session presentation rooms. Each room will need to be equipped with audio visual equipment for presentations. Meals will also need to be provided. It would also be preferred to have hotel near or attached to the conference center.
