Specifications include, but are not limited to: A Contract for purchase and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units to be purchased by Texas Credit Union Department (CUD). 1. Remove two existing 10 ton heat pumps with electric reheat located on the roof of the singlestory building. 2. Install two heat pump units. 3. The existing dedicated two ton computer cooling unit will not be replaced. 4. Provide manuals at time of delivery written in English a) Service Manual: Two sets b) Operations and instructions: Two sets 5. Remove existing exposed duct from roof. 6. Install new exterior ducts where necessary or advisable and per Code. 7. Reestablish a disconnect for the new Units compliant with the Code. 8. Install condensate piping to the roof to drain the units per Code. 9. Install roof curbs and all necessary curbing for duct transition. 10. Tie the ducts into the roof curbs to alleviate potential roof leaks.
