Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional services for Multidisciplinary Assessments for Neonatal Follow-up Clinic for Child Development Watch North. The selected provider will provide off-site multidisciplinary evaluations to infants and / or children aged birth to three years in order to assist CDW in determining eligibility for the Program in New Castle County. Multidisciplinary evaluations are completed in order to identify the child’s ability to function in the five areas of development. This includes: • Cognitive domain: (thinking, problem solving skills) • Language domain: (receptive language-ability to receive and process language, expressive language ability to use words or gestures to express needs, etc.) • Motor domain: (Fine Motor-ability to use hands and eyes together to complete a skill, gross motor ability to sit, stand, walk, etc.) • Self-help skills: (feeding, dressing, etc., “life skills”) • Social-emotional skills: (play skills, ability to interact with others, self-regulation, etc.)
