Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project will entail the addition and renovation of the existing Tom Reid Library in Pearland, Texas. As a part of the scope of work, we will add approximately 8,560 square feet to the building, expanding the northwest side of the building. In this addition, we will enlarge the stack areas in the children's, adult and teen areas, increase the lounge seating, provide new computer desk areas, provide new check out kiosk, new help desks and additional restroom facilities. New interior finishes and lighting will be added to the library to include: wall and floor finishes, new LED lighting throughout the space and parking lot, new ceiling tile and extending new ceiling grid to match existing. A new HVAC system will be supplied as a part of this project.
