Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project provides repairs to the facility’s chilled water and hot water hydronic systems and consists of three phases. a.Chiller Repairs – The chilled water system work will be split in two phases for chillers #1 - #6. i.Drain the chilled water systems, repair all leaks, provide additional maintenance valves, and refill the system with glycol solution as indicated. Place the systems back into operation. b.Heating Repairs – The heating water system will be done under a single phase. i.Drain the hot water heating system, repair all leaks, provide additional maintenance valves, and refill the system with glycol solution as indicated. Place the systems back into operation.
