Specifications include, but are not limited to: The existing 5,340 square foot office building will be fully renovated on the interior to provide an ADA accessible first floor, new interior walls and finishes throughout, and a shaft to accommodate a future elevator. The exterior will be renovated to resemble the character of the original firehouse. The roof system and all exterior doors and windows will be replaced. 39 The Circle Town Hall (Phase 2) The existing meeting hall will be fully renovated. The existing service counter and raised floor will be removed to expand the public and council seating areas. The handicap ramp into the building will be reconstructed to meet ADA guidelines. The roof system and exterior caulk will be replaced.
