Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Minot, North Dakota, is requesting “Statements of Qualifications” from engineering/architecture consulting firms to provide consultant services for Plan Review and Inspection Services for the new Trinity Hospital. The objective of this proposal will be to have the successful firm provide plan review and inspections services under the authority of the building official necessary to determine compliance with all applicable federal, state and local requirements of all building construction, zoning, electrical, mechanical and plumbing work conducted in connection with this project. Consultant will review all plan, addendum, and change order submittals for applicable code compliance for all building, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Consultant will also inspect all building components, mechanical, and plumbing construction. Electrical inspection will be performed by the City of Minot.
