Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Minot is requesting qualification submittals for preliminary, design and construction services for the removal and replacement of 6 Roof Top Heating/Cooling Condensing Units at the Minot Municipal Auditorium. Provide the City of Minot with preliminary, design, and construction engineering services for Six Rooftop Condensing Units Removal and Replacement. The project will consist of removing and replacing 6 Roof Top Heating/Cooling Condensing Units and change the units to a Natural Gas System. Scope of services includes interior and exterior roof designs and associated construction engineering. Interested firms should have experience with projects involving interior and exterior remodeling and HVAC evaluation and design. After the firm is selected, a complete Cost Analysis will be submitted and will include project costs and Project Design, along with Architectural and Engineering costs.
