Size: 17" x 11" folded in half to 8 1/2" x 11", saddle stitched, folded in half again to a finished size of 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" and tabbed for mailing. 200 of the total will NOT be mailed so the finished size on those should be 8 1/2" x 11". 80# gloss text- white or equivalent. CMYK with bleeds. 23,672 will need to be tabbed for mailing using a clear or white tab in center of cut side 8 1/2" or according to postal regulations. Artwork will be provided in Macintosh platform, InDesign CC Creative Cloud files by disk or FTP upload and be available approximately 1-30-17. Proof required: PRINTED colored copies (1 each) mailed USPS to College of Arts & Science Office and to Terry Dyvig in Creative Services (addresses to be provided to successful bidder). Vendor will be responsible to inkjet addresses from list provided and mail via USPS nonprofit rates from vendor’s location. Your bid price (per each) must include inkjetting, mail prep and shipping of extra 200 back to USD. Postage for the ones being shipped will be paid separately
