Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Social Services (DSS) is initiating this RFP with up to $750,000 available to obtain legal services for victims of crime throughout South Dakota. Proposals will be accepted for services provided statewide or regionally as designated in Attachment (A). Proposals can provide services to one of the seven regions or multiple regions. Applicants are encouraged to collaborate with other vendors to provide services, if needed. Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) funding made available to South Dakota through the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), and Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) will support any project funded through this RFP.
