Specifications include, but are not limited to: Complete renovation of existing 73,379 s.f. warehouse building into Offices, Warehouse, Wood Shop and expansion space. Most of the work involves interior construction only as indicated in the documents. All work will be constructed under a single lump sum contract with a single construction timeline. The scope includes Open Office (approximately 28,127 s.f.), which will include a prefabricated raised flooring system, system office furniture, demountable partitions, exposed ceiling structure, existing roof top HVAC units with all new ductwork and controls, new lighting and sound masking system throughout, adapted fire alarm and sprinkler system, new data cabling system, audio/visual components, new toilet rooms, new finishes and all associated construction as indicated. The scope includes a complete renovation of an existing Break Room (approximately 1,972 s.f.) and Café (approximately 2,461 s.f.) with all new finishes, lighting, HVAC, adapted fire alarm and sprinkler system, millwork and appliances.
