Specifications include, but are not limited to: update the 2018-2022 State Outdoor Recreation Plan for North Dakota on behalf of the State. Types of outdoor recreation studied are to be non-consumptive. The most recent SCORP (see 2013-2017 SCORP) consisted of a large document, along with two summary documents titled, Wetlands Priorities, and Recreational Trail Needs. The desired outcome of this planning process is to collect one large document containing the SCORP, Wetland Priorities and Recreational Trail Needs and one summary document or three separate documents containing the SCORP, Wetland Priorities and Recreational Trail Needs. These documents will be presented to the public to focus on different topics that meet planning requirements.
