(Envelope pouch is 3 1/8” x 6 ½”; receipt flap is 3 1/16” x 4 5/8”). Paper Stock: 28# tan, Kraft, vellum finish, parking ticket, open end envelope with remoistening seal. Ink: Print one side, black ink, no bleeds. Finishing: Flap perforates in 2 places- a standard perforation above sealing flap and 2nd perforation on flap is 2½” from top of flap. Envelope and flap to be numbered in 3 places, in red ink. The 3 numbers are to be identical, per envelope/flap. Sequentially number the envelopes/flap, from 00001-up. There can be no missing numbers.
