The State of Delaware's Department of Services for Children, Youth & Their Families (DSCYF), Division of Prevention and Behavioral Health Services (DPBHS) is seeking proposals from multiple individual licensed mental health professionals to provide the following professional service: Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (ECMHC). Proposals are requested for county-based ECMHC statewide. The service includes program, classroom-wide and child-specific consultation and specialized training offered in a variety of early learning settings including pre-schools, child care centers, family-based child care programs, Head Start, and Early Head Start Centers – all sited in the community. Service need currently exists statewide in New Castle, Kent and Sussex County. The Department is NOT accepting proposals from agencies.
