Specifications include, but are not limited to:General Description of Project: LCRA is seeking Suppliers to perform work on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) equipment as follows: 1) Chiller plant preventative maintenance. Supplier shall furnish certified labor and materials and perform quarterly and annual preventative maintenance and inspections for all main facilities chiller plant sites. 2) Building HVAC system filter changes and small system maintenance. Supplier shall furnish certified labor and materials and perform filter changes and preventative maintenance. Filters and media material to be supplied by LCRA. 3) Plumbing repair services. Supplier shall furnish labor and materials and perform commercial plumbing repairs for equipment at all LCRA complexes, including power plant locations. 4) Replacement and upgrade projects.
