Specifications include, but are not limited to: Removing existing roof to deck, confirming deck integrity, and replacing roofing. a. Tear off existing roofing, flashings, caps, and insulation to fully expose deck. Verify integrity of existing deck. Repair / replace deteriorated decking as required. Provide Unit Cost #02 per 100 SF of metal decking replacement (includes removal / disposal of old) to match existing profile, material, and gauge (thickness). b. Inspect all roof drains (grates, domes, rings, clamps, sump pans, couplings, connections, etc.) and replace if possibility of leakage exists. Warranty roof drains for 2 years from completion and TXDPS acceptance. Provide Unit Cost #01 for roof drain replacements. Unit cost to include all roof drain parts replacement (includes removal / disposal of old). c. Replace all curbs (HVAC, Fans, etc.,) as required to obtain c urb heights to a minimum of 8" above new finished roof at all locations. Replace membranes, flashings, etc. Repair and reflash roof access hatch.
