Specifications include, but are not limited to: Hourly labor rate contract to perform electrical work in various locations on the campus of Black Hills State University to include minor maintenance to buildings or equipment, trouble-shooting problems, construction renovation projects, and miscellaneous electrical service as needed. Normal working hours are from 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, but work may require on call after-hours, or special hours to accommodate specific building schedules. The rate will be standard for regular workday, or after hours. No overtime rate will be allowed. Response time is to be scheduled with Facilities Services. Detailed invoice billing is to be submitted at least monthly and must include a project name, location, and hours worked.
