Specifications include, but are not limited to: A Service Provider for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for an improved multi-modal operations and safety project at the I-515/Charleston Interchange in the City of Las Vegas. Located along the northern section of I-515, the Charleston Boulevard and Eastern Avenue interchanges provide the closest interstate access to densely developed areas of northeast Las Vegas and Sunrise Manor in Clark County. Significant pedestrian traffic is generated by local residents, commercial developments, and transit users along Charleston Boulevard. The Project is currently undergoing a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental study and documentation development. CMAR is a contracting method that involves a general contractor acting as a construction manager in the pre-construction design and construction phases of a project.
