Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Engine a) Liquid-cooled, turbocharged 5 or 6 cylinder diesel, 190 Net HP minimum, 700 Net ft-lb torque at rated RPM as per SAE J1349, Tier 4 interim or greater EPA compliancy with use of DEF. Engines meeting T4i emissions rating by use of mass EGR only will not be accepted b) Cold weather starting aid c) Air cleaner with Turbo II or manufacturer’s equal precleaner and restriction indicator. Manufacturer’s equal precleaner shall be approved by the NDDOT d) Spin-on throw-away type oil filter e) Engine block heater 550 watt f) Antifreeze to -40 degrees F, Extended Life Coolant g) Fuel tank capacity, 70 gallons h) OEM factory installed fuel heater water separator. If not available from the factory the dealer must provide and install a Davco 382, Parker/Racor 800 or approved equal (specify what you are providing)
