Welch Hall (WEL) 1929 West Wing: • 110 square feet of floor tile/mastic • 120 square feet of transite counter tops • 80 square feet of fume hood components • Pipe Insulation and Black mastic on HVAC Duct as necessary for mechanica/plumbing demolition.
