Specifications include, but are not limited to: The CSMS project will utilize the Design/Build project delivery method. For this initial phase, the DEARNG is seeking the services of architectural/engineering teams to act as their design/build consultant or design criterial professional. The successful firm will be required to assist the DEARNG in preparing the Request For Design/Build Qualifications (RFQ) as well as the Request For Proposals (RFP.) Completion of the following tasks (not meant to be all inclusive) will be required to achieve the necessary documents: preparation of design criteria package, bridging designs, program requirements, performance specifications, site information, contract requirements, selection procedures, and other related services.
