Specifications include, but are not limited to:The comprehensive services to be provided under these specifications are to be performed by a Contractor with demonstrated abilities to be licensed and understand the services to be provided to the College. 1.2The comprehensive services shall be provided for the Buildings and Grounds department of ACC. Services shall be provided for the equipment listed at locations on Exhibit H, Specifications for Chemicals used in Cooling Towers and Loop Systems. 2.0 Work to be performed Proposer will provide the following services to the College: 2.1Tests and Inspections. The Contractor will provide monthly inspections of cooling towers and loop systems and such tests and inspections will be coordinated with an ACC H.V.A.C. staff in attendance. A bound service log book shall be maintained in the machine room of each campus covered by this contract with the following information: Name of the building, Equipment Type and location. An entry is required for each visit to the machine room, which shall include the following: Printed name and signature of the service technician, date, time and duration of the visit, and all findings during the inspection. The ACC representative may also make entries in the Service Log Book. The Contractor will provide test kits so that the ACC H.V.A.C. team can test loop systems and cooling tower treatment levels
