Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantify (IDIQ) contract. The contract period is approximately November 15, 2016 thru August 31, 2017, renewable on a yearly basis, not to exceed five (5) fiscal years, beginning September 1 and ending August 31. The contract for Design Services shall not exceed $2,500,000.00 within the five (5) year period. 2.3.1 The scope of work includes but, not limited to the following: • Design Services for various HVAC Improvements required at all campuses within oversight responsibility of the UTHSCSA. • Assist UTHSCSA on an “as needed” basis by providing design services and completion of construction documents for the repair and replacement of various HVAC systems. Architect / Engineer can evaluate the Preliminary Project Costs (PPC) for the individual HVAC Improvement Projects by reviewing the as-builts. Fees, furnishings, equipment, other work, miscellaneous expenses, and contingencies make up the balance of the PPC. 2.3.2 Future HVAC Improvement Projects include but, not limited to the following: • Design services and completion of construction documents for HVAC Improvements on Floors 2, 4, 5, 6 at the Urschel Building located at the CTRC campus.
