Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from training providers who have the capacity to develop and deliver both e-learning and face-to-face training programs designed to support the skills and knowledge of the State’s workforce and the development of its professionals. The State will select training firms (which may also include individuals), as eligible vendors for the purpose of delivering a variety of training to State employees in addition to training currently provided through the Office of Management and Budget, Human Resource Management Statewide Training. Training content must be capable of encompassing the State’s workforce development policies and procedures and where appropriate, incorporate best practices used in both the Public and Private Sectors.
