Specifications include, but are not limited to: FBISD is seeking a contractor to provide a turnkey solution for renovations, roofing and upgrades including the installation of a public address system, and replacement of air handlers and HVAC controls at the Administration Building; installation a public address system, replacement of skylights and the installation a metal roofing recover system, replacement of air handlers and condensing units, and the installation a generator at the Administration Annex Building; replacement of a generator, replacement of split-DX mechanical units, replacement of a transformer, replacement of shingle roofing, siding, doors and frames and painting of a portable building at Transportation Building West (Hodges Bend); and the replacement of gutters and downspouts, install a fire alarm system, replace electric heaters, replace air handlers and chilled water piping and valves, and remove abandoned electrical conduit and disconnects at the Lake Olympia Transportation Center.
