Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Delaware DNREC, Division of Watershed Stewardship, is seeking one or more qualified vendors to enter into contracts to provide stream restoration design and oversight services. The term of the contract between the successful respondent and DNREC shall be for five (5) years with two (2) optional extensions for a period of one (1) year for each extension. Specific services will be provided upon the issuance of task orders by DNREC after agreed-upon costs for services. These services will include: 1. Site investigations to assess conditions of stream channels; 2. LiDAR and other topographic data review; 3. Hydrologic watershed modeling; 4. Hydraulic stream analysis; 5. Stream restoration design plan development (60%, 90%, 100%) with preliminary and final construction cost estimates
